This week has been mostly consumed by work. Not complaining though.
Trained every morning this week except for this morning. I wanted to do some discus this afternoon which I did. I spend about an hour throwing down at the local High school as they have a discus ring and I don't have to worry about anyone else. I have been just going out for 30 -45 min in the morning mostly running with a bit of sprint & jumps training thown in.
We are having some sprint comp just between our group in the morning so will be interested to see how that goes.
I thought I would take my measurements again as I haven't done them since end Sept when I finished the 12 week challenge. I was quite surprised that all were just about the same. My weight also only fluctuates around 2kgs over my end weight so all good there. Just got to keep working at maintaining.

Way to go - wow that is excellent - maintaining is the hardest part :)
OK I'm off to pack my bag for holidays. I have all the food, towels, etc packed but haven't packed my port - I always find it so difficult - is it going to be raining? is it going to get cold of a night? will it be bowling and my hubby will have the aircondition on freezing so therefore need jumpers :) Oh all these questions - Catch you when I am back from holidays.
