It has been 3 months since my last update and I don't know where the time has gone.
I do know that it is definitely time to start updating and that is my next project. I am away for 4 days from tomorrow- up to sunny Townsville- and when I return it will be time for a new look for my blog.
That is my plan and a first step towards some changes in my life. It is not all bad at the moment but it is not all good either and I just know it should be better.

- I am definitely standing in the middle of the crossroads at the moment.I am about to turn some of my dreams into reality.In 2006 I almost completed a 12 week challenge with idealbodiesonline.In the last few weeks of the challenge I injured a disc in my back and was out of action for quite a while.I had to virtually start my road to fitness again this year.
